General consultations for all patients who are holding PENSION CONCESSION CARDS OR HEALTHCARE CARDS and those WHO ARE ON DISABILITY OR UNEMPLOYMENT PAYMENTS in our community are now BULK-BILLED, effective from 18th October 2023.
